End User License Agreement
Effective: January 1, 2026
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of any software application ("App") published by DukeMade, LLC ("DukeMade," "we," or "us") through Apple's App Store or any other distribution platform. By installing or using any DukeMade App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.
1. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA and any applicable App Store terms, DukeMade grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, redistribute, decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer any DukeMade App or its underlying software
- Use the App for any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent purpose
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party
- Remove, alter, or circumvent any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App
- Use the App in any manner that interferes with Apple's software or services
3. Ownership
The App and all content, features, and functionality within it are owned by DukeMade, LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.
4. App Store Terms
For Apps distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce its terms. Your use of the App must comply with Apple's applicable Usage Rules.
5. Data and Privacy
Our data collection and privacy practices for each App are described in the App's product page and the applicable Privacy Policy.
6. Warranty and Support
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law. For support, contact us at hello@dukemade.com.
7. Updates and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any App at any time, with or without notice. This EULA applies to all updates and modifications.
8. Termination
Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DukeMade, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of this EULA or your use of the App.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DukeMade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use any App.
11. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
